About Me

I have been a part of the healing and wellness industry for 13 years. After graduating from massage therapy school in 1995, I trained extensively in energy healing modalities from around the world. I am a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and a Huna Master/Teacher. I have considerable training from Dale and Jeanne Stacy who founded the Earthstar Spiritual Center. I am also a licensed esthetician. I am the founder and former owner of Elements Day Spa in Kernersville, NC. I teach continuing education for massage therapists and am an instructor at Natural Touch School of Massage Therapy. I am an internationally certified Heal Your Life Workshop Leader, qualified to teach the healing philosophy of Louise L. Hay. I am a student and teaching apprentice at the School of Esoteric Healing. I have a private healing practice in Winston-Salem, NC. My passion is offering sessions and workshops that empower individuals to heal their lives.

 

My Practice

I offer personalized sessions during which I utilize all of my training in body work and energy modalities to create a personalized treatment for your healing.

My Classes

My Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams seminar is a two day weekend course in which we explore the road blocks keeping you from your true potential. Whether it is love, money, forgiveness, or just a desire to take care of you for a change, this weekend is a transformational experience that can have life altering results.

My Reiki classes are a mix of history, guided handbook work, and hands on practice. This is a great style of energy work for someone who is beginning to incorporate other modes of healing into their life. I offer reiki level I,II,and III. There are no prerequisits for level I, but you must complete level I before advancing. All my reiki classes are accredited C.E. hours for licensed massage therapists.

Huna is a Hawaiian energy healing form. Huna class is an eye opening experience, and will give you a new way to view the world around you. Huna healing is a rainbow filled with love and helps you, the practitioner, as much as your client.
