This weekend will offer you the tools to take affirmations out of your conscious mind and put them to work in your subconscious, which is responsible for around 80% of our actions. If you have seen the movie “The Secret”, or read self help gurus such as Wayne Dyer or Esther and Jerry Hicks (Abraham), the common theme is changing your life through changing your thoughts. This is not as simple as it sounds, it really takes work. That's what this weekend is all about-focusing on what your beliefs are about life and what beliefs may be blocking you to getting what you want. We also focus on the mind/body connection. This part of the weekend is so amazing because any form of dis-ease in our body is connected to our thoughts, beliefs and emotions as well. We do a lot of creative visualization, guided meditation and journaling. During some exercises you may have a partner, but you can share as little or as much as you want. I always make it clear that you need to be comfortable at all times and you don't have to do anything that does not feel right for you. I teach you how to create affirmations that will work for you and one of my favorite parts of the weekend is writing your NEW LIFE STORY! You will find this weekend to be powerfully creative for all areas of your life: health, relationships, spirituality, finances and career. Some of the exercises will feel like fun games, but they are actually ways to penetrate the subconscious and affect change at a very deep level. Expect to be surprised, uplifted and empowered over this special two day event.
